Who we are
Dashslip is run by Media Yard LLC. Write to hello@dashslip.com with any question about your data, or to have it deleted.
What we keep
When you ask for access we keep your email address, your business name and the date you asked. Once approved, you sign in with a link we email you; there's no password. We keep the receipts, photos, trips and settings you add. When you sign in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for 60 days. It is used for nothing else.
Reading receipts
When you scan a receipt, the photo is sent to Anthropic, PBC (United States), whose Claude model reads the details. Anthropic processes it to return the answer and doesn't use it to train its models. We store the photo with your receipt until you delete it.
Who handles the data
The site, its database and photo storage run on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Emails are sent by Resend, Inc. (United States). We use no ads, no tracking and no analytics cookies, and we never sell or share your records.
Keeping and deleting
You can delete any receipt (and its photo) or trip from the app, and download everything as CSV. To close your account and delete everything, email us.
